Who owns the website
On the managed plan, Review Scale owns the website. You own it outright only after a full buyout for $1,499.
Hosting & your domain
We handle hosting. We don’t purchase domains, but once you have one, we’ll connect it to your new site.
If you cancel
Your site stays live for a 7-day grace period. If you don’t resubscribe, it’s taken down but kept on file. Bringing it back later costs a $49 reactivation fee.
After a buyout
We hand the site off and our work ends. Hosting, maintenance and support are yours from then on. Changes can still be requested at our listed rates.
Website design
Why is there an upfront build fee?
The build fee covers the work to create your site: design, building your pages, initial setup and launch. Your monthly fee then covers keeping it hosted, secure and maintained.
What does the monthly payment cover?
Hosting, an SSL certificate, technical maintenance, security and routine upkeep, uptime monitoring, routine software updates where applicable, up to 30 minutes of minor content edits per month, and ongoing technical support.
What if I need more than five pages?
Each additional standard page is $99 one time. Service or location pages built from an existing template are $79 when eligible. Extra pages never change your $59 monthly fee.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Up to 30 minutes of minor content edits are included each month. Anything beyond that is $75/hour, and we always get your approval before doing the work.
How many revisions do I get?
Your build includes two rounds of design revisions before launch.
How long does the website take to build?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. We’ll give you a timeline before work begins.
Can I buy my website outright instead of paying monthly?
Yes. A full buyout is $1,499, one time, and the website is yours. We hand it off and our work ends there, so hosting, maintenance and edits aren’t included afterward. You can still request changes at our listed rates.
Do you buy or provide the domain?
No, we don’t purchase domains. Once you have one, we’ll connect it to your new site. We handle the hosting.
Do I own my website?
On the managed plan, Review Scale owns the website. If you buy it out in full, it’s yours.
What happens if I cancel?
