Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of reviewscaleagency.com and the services provided by Review Scale LLC (“Review Scale,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or signing up for a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Review Scale provides Review Scale Autopilot (done-for-you Google review and referral automation) and Review Scale Web Design (website design, hosting and maintenance) for businesses. Each service is purchased separately. The features included in each plan are described on our website and in your onboarding details.

Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance. A valid payment method is required to start any service. There are no free trials. Applicable sales tax is added.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Review Scale Autopilot: our standard rate is $79 per month for each business location, plus a one-time onboarding and setup fee of $199 for the first location and $99 for each additional location. Online rate: when we offer it, customers who complete checkout online from our offer page within the 15-minute window shown on that page pay $59 per month for each location and a $129 setup fee for the first location. The online rate is not guaranteed for plans started after a sales call or after the window ends. You may request it, and we may honor it at our discretion. The rate that applies is always shown before you pay. A multi-location discount applies automatically to both the onboarding fee and the monthly price: 10% off for 3 or 4 locations, and 15% off for 5 or more locations. The onboarding fee and your first month are charged when you sign up, and your subscription then renews monthly. The onboarding fee covers setup work and is non-refundable once onboarding has begun, except where required by law.
  • Review Scale Web Design: a one-time $799 build fee, which includes up to 5 standard pages, plus $59 per month for website management. Each additional standard page is $99, one time. Additional pages do not change the monthly fee.
  • Prices may change with advance notice to you.

Cancellation

Review Scale Autopilot: there is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time by emailing reviewscaleco@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; service continues through the end of the billing period already paid, and payments already made are not refunded except under the 30-day money-back guarantee below or where required by law.

30-day money-back guarantee (Review Scale Autopilot): if you are not happy with the results, email reviewscaleco@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund your setup fee and any Autopilot payments made in those 30 days, and cancel your subscription. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Review Scale Web Design: you can cancel website management any time by emailing reviewscaleco@gmail.com. After cancellation, your website stays active for a 7-day grace period. If you do not resubscribe within that period, the website is taken offline. We keep the website stored for possible future use, and a $49 reactivation fee applies to bring it back online.

Review automation

  • Review Scale Autopilot includes unlimited review requests to eligible customers, subject to the Fair Use & Messaging Policy below. Each customer receives between 2 and 10 follow-ups, as configured, and follow-ups stop when the customer responds.
  • You are responsible for having the right to share your customers’ contact information with us and for obtaining any consent required by law for us to contact them by text or email on your behalf, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • We ask real customers for honest reviews. You agree not to ask us to post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or otherwise violate Google’s policies or the FTC’s rules on consumer reviews.
  • Review responses are posted according to the settings you choose (automatic or approval first).
  • We never filter which customers are asked based on their expected rating (“review gating”); every eligible customer is asked the same way.

Referral automation

  • Referral automation is included in Review Scale Autopilot. Customers who have already left a Google review are sent a referral invitation instead of another review request.
  • Referral invitations are marketing messages. You are responsible for having the consent required by law, including prior express written consent for marketing text messages under the TCPA, for each customer who receives them.
  • If you choose to offer a reward for referrals, you are solely responsible for fulfilling it. Rewards may never be offered in exchange for reviews.

Fair Use & Messaging Policy

  • What “unlimited” means: we send review requests to every eligible customer from the records you connect for your business location, with no monthly request cap. “Eligible” means a real customer of that location who has not opted out, has not been asked recently and is not a duplicate.
  • Normal use: the plan is priced for the normal customer volume of one business location. Purchased, rented or scraped lists, and contacts who are not your customers, are not allowed.
  • Pacing: to protect deliverability and comply with phone carrier rules (including A2P 10DLC registration requirements), messages may be paced or rate-limited, and sending may be paused if opt-out, complaint or carrier-filtering rates become unusually high.
  • Opt-outs: recipients can reply STOP or unsubscribe at any time, and we honor opt-outs for all future messages.
  • Unusual volume: if a location’s sending consistently far exceeds normal use, we will contact you before making any change, and may ask that additional volume be set up as an additional location.
  • We may suspend messaging that violates this policy, carrier rules or applicable law.

Websites

  • Your build includes up to 5 standard pages and two rounds of design revisions before launch. Standard pages are pages such as Home, About, Services, Gallery, FAQ or Contact.
  • Additional standard pages are $99 each, one time. Service or location pages built from an existing template are $79 each, when eligible. Custom landing pages start at $249. Advanced booking or form integrations, e-commerce and other advanced functionality are quoted separately.
  • Monthly website management includes hosting, an SSL certificate, technical maintenance, security and routine upkeep, uptime monitoring, routine software updates where applicable, up to 30 minutes of minor content edits per month and ongoing technical support. Unused edit time does not roll over.
  • Work beyond the included monthly allowance is billed at $75 per hour. We will not perform or charge for additional work without your prior approval.
  • Ownership. While you are on monthly website management, Review Scale owns the website. You obtain full ownership of the website only by purchasing a full buyout.
  • Full buyout. As an alternative to monthly management, you may buy the website outright for a one-time fee of $1,499. Once paid in full, we hand the website off to you and our services end. Hosting, maintenance, security, updates and support are not included after handoff. You may still request changes, which are billed at our then-current rates for additional pages and hourly work.
  • Hosting and domains. We provide hosting while you are on monthly management. We do not purchase domain names on your behalf. Once you have a domain, we will connect it to your website.
  • Cancellation. If you cancel website management, your website stays active for a 7-day grace period. If you do not resubscribe within that period, the website is taken offline. We keep it stored for possible future use; a $49 reactivation fee applies to bring it back online.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, photos and information you provide and confirm you have the right to use them.
  • Contact form submissions from your website are emailed to you.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings, leads or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google’s systems and your customers’ choices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or in a way that violates the rules of any platform we connect to. We may suspend service for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Scale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
