This Privacy Policy explains how Review Scale LLC (“Review Scale,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit reviewscaleagency.com, contact us, or use our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, and anything else you share in a form, on a call, or by email or text.
- Client service data: when a business uses our review automation, we process customer contact details (such as names, phone numbers, emails and job or appointment information) that the business provides or connects to us, so we can send review requests on its behalf.
- Automatic information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through our hosting provider and, where enabled, analytics tools.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and provide the services you sign up for.
- To send review requests, follow-ups and notifications on behalf of our clients.
- To send you service-related messages, and marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. The only sharing of phone numbers is with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, who may use them only to provide that service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email, CRM and messaging platforms), with the business client on whose behalf we process data, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale. Service providers may only use information to perform services for us.
Data we process for clients
When we send review requests or referral invitations for a business, we act on that business’s instructions and use its customers’ information only to provide the service. The business is responsible for having the right to share its customers’ contact information with us and for obtaining any consent required to contact them. Customers who receive a request can reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we honor opt-outs across future requests.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies needed for the site to function and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use it. We may also use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
